First, Open a picture.
Then, go "Cartoon > Into Cartoon".
You'll see a line drawing in the preview window.
When the picture is big, we'd better reduce the size of this picture,
after reduce it, the speed and the effect will all be better, drag the
scale bar to reduce the picture. Recommend width and height are boss
less than 640.
Select the tab "Sketch". Set the number of Detail, Darkness and Smooth to obtain a wonderful line drawing.
Select "Coloring Step 1". Click "Draw Color". Adjust "Color Reducer" to
obtain a desirable color design
Select "Coloring Step 2". Adjust "Saturation", "Contrast", "Brightness", and so on.
Select "Coloring Step 3". Adjust "Red", "Green", and "Blue".
Lastly, click "OK" button. Wait till it works out.
